At Presentopia, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We do not accept returns or refunds on orders unless the item received has a manufacturing defect. If your item arrives defective or damaged due to a manufacturing fault, you are eligible to submit a return request within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Once your return is approved, we will cover the cost of return shipping. There are no restocking fees applied to any approved return.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of your purchase, provided the item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Exchange requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.

Final sale items are not eligible for exchange.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team with your order number and a clear description (or photo) of the issue. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items showing signs of use or wear
  • Items not in their original packaging
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Final sale items
