The catalog also includes Labubu clothing and accessories, keychains, car decorations, glow lights, and sports power and play items, all chosen for quality and giftable design. Placing an order is simple. At checkout, you can choose Cash on Delivery for orders within the UAE, or pay by card or another accepted digital method. Once your order is placed, you will receive a written confirmation by email or WhatsApp, and processing begins within one to two business days. If you need to update your details or cancel before dispatch, contact our team as soon as possible.
We deliver across all seven emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain. Orders of AED 200.00 or more qualify for free shipping, while orders below that amount are charged a flat rate of AED 20.00. Beyond the UAE, we ship throughout the GCC to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, and Oman, and to select international destinations including Egypt, Lebanon, and Australia, with rates calculated by weight. Most UAE deliveries arrive within one to four business days, while GCC and international orders vary by destination.
If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Approved returns include free return shipping with no restocking fees. Exchanges on eligible items are accepted within 48 hours of purchase under the same conditions, though final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued within five to seven business days.
